Goal Setting for my Capstone project

Day 1

What's your role on your team?

My Role is the scrum master. in this role I am in charge of maintaining all of our work organized and well as the team on task and meeting deadline.

How will taking on the role help your team?

As a scrum master I will help my team get the work done on time and in an organized manner to avoid distractions.

What you hope to learn in your role?

In my role I will ultimately be taking a look into everyone's work so I hope to learn different techniques and approaches from my teammates, as well as staying away from procrastination.

What would it look like for you to be successful?

For me success would be my team finish our project to the best of our capacity.

Day 2

What is something that you are excited to work on today?

Today I am excited to work on having a complete story so we can gat more coding done.

Where do you need support from your team and and where can you give support to your team?

I need support in the many "if,else" statements because it can be confusing considering we will be using a lot.I can give support in Making sure we stay . on task and giving creative input.

What is one step you will take to make your day moe successful?

I will remain focused and encourage my team to also do so. I will also try my best to get things done and ask for help when I need it.

Day 3

What is something you are excited to work on today for your team's project?

Making our website look beautiful ;)

What is an area that you need support from your team with or that you can give support?

I need suppost in decision making for the design part and I can help by keeping everyones ideas in mind when decision making.

What is one step you will take to make today successful?

Manage our time so that we can all be happy with the the way our website looks.

Day 4

What part of your website will you focus on completing today.

Today we will mainly focus on styling out website to make it look beautiful. We will finish adding fontd and style the story ans well as add to our bios and the our message to make it look more appealing to read.
